Faith is not a category of my life. It's the foundation under all of it. I grew up in the church, my dad pastors The Hope Collective, and following Jesus shapes how I work, how I treat people, and why I build at all.
That plays out in ordinary ways: doing work with all my heart, telling the truth about results, and treating every person like they matter, because they do.
